Shi'ar (shee-AR) appears as a balding, oriental man with a manchu goatee and green cunning eyes, dressed in red and black robes of protection +5 covered in orange arcane runes, and wearing a matching pair of +8 leather bracers.
In battle, Shi'ar wields a +5 oaken staff of magi and carries a spellbook that contains all the spells available to arcane spellcasters (bards, magi, summoners, witch, etc.). He is able to cast a maximized fireball at will, with a range equal to his line of sight, and he is constantly surrounded by an invisible and movable prismatic sphere.
As the god of knowledge, Shi'ar knows all things, past, present, and future. When petitioned by his followers, there is a 10% chance that he may reveal the answer to an urgent question or dilemma, one that is currently plaguing the worshiper or will emerge later in the future.
