DESCRIPTION

This rune etched +1 lance is infused with force energy and deals an extra 2d6 points of force damage on a successful attack. Once per day, when the wielder of an aegis force lance confirms a critical hit against a target wearing a suit of magical armor, makes a successful sunder combat maneuver against a magical weapon, or attacks a “wall” spell that that can be affected by a dispel magic spell, the wielder can make a targeted dispel (see dispel magic) against the armor, weapon, or spell as a 9th level caster for the check. If the wielder has the Aegis Lancer multiclass archetype, he can use his level as his caster level if it is higher, up to a maximum of 12th.
