DESCRIPTION
You create a bank of shimmering fog that billows out from a point you designate. The fog immediately covers a 100-ft-radius, and continues to spread until it fills a 1-mile-radius. This fog functions like fog cloud, but unlike a normal fog cloud, no type of wind can disperse these vapors until the end of the spell. Once the spell has ended, the fog immediately disperses. At the time of casting, you can designate a number of allies equal to 1/2 your vicar level that are unaffected by the spell.
While the spell is in effect, all creatures of 5 HD or less that enter the fog immediately fall into a catatonic slumber for 3d6x10 hours, while creatures of 6 to 10 HD immediately fall into a catatonic slumber for 24 hours plus 2d6 hours. Any creatures of 11 to 20 HD that enter the fog must make a Will save or fall into a catatonic slumber for 3d6x10 minutes.
Any creature that falls asleep can only be awakened prior to the end of the effect’s duration by a casting of break enchantment, limited wish, wish, or miracle.
Once during the duration of the eternal slumber spell, you can target one creature of up to 20 HD. If the target fails the saving throw, the duration of the sleep effect increases to 3d6x10 days.
At anytime during the duration of the spell, you can cast deep slumber a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, targeting only a single creature.
