Life-Giver (CR +1)
Life-giver is an inherited or acquired template that can be added to any living, corporeal creature (referred to hereafter as the base creature) that does not have the (evil) subtype. A life-giver creature retains all the base creatures statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
CR: Same as base creature +1.
Alignment: The creature’s alignment changes to LG, NG, or CG as appropriate for the deity that created the creature or granted it the life-giver template.
Type: The creature’s type does not change, but it gains the Good subtype.
Armor Class: Natural armor bonus improves by +2.
Defensive Abilities/Qualities: The base creatures gains darkvision 60 ft., DR as shown on the table below, spell resistance equal to 6 + its Hit Dice, and a +5 bonus to saving throws against negative energy effects.
Special Abilities: The base creature gains the ability to channel positive energy as shown on the table below. A life-giver creature also gains the ability to cast detect undead at will as a spell-like ability, with a caster level equal to its Hit Dice.
