This rune etched +2 lance functions like an aegis force lance except that it deals twice the normal amount of extra force damage (4d6) upon striking a successful critical hit. In addition, the wielder makes a targeted dispel check as a 15th level caster, and the effect functions as greater dispel magic.

If the wielder has the Aegis Lancer multiclass archetype, he can use his level as his caster level if it is higher, up to a maximum of 20th.
