This strange beast appears to be an amalgamation of a dragon and a fly. It has large faceted eyes, translucent membranous wings, a long sectional tail, draconic body and claws, and a flattened face and jagged maw.

Water Breathing (Ex)
A dragon-fly can breathe underwater indefinitely and can freely use its breath weapon, spells, and other abilities while submerged.
